Premo Factory

Premo Factory is a multi-tenant manufacturing and wholesaling facility located in the 185,000 square-foot former Preston Motors building at 1700 Vanderbilt Road.

The underutilized building was purchased in 2013 by Chad Stogner, owner of The Elegant Earth, a manufacturer of outdoor decor. In 2019 Stogner reached out to potential tenants in the design trade such as Atlanta, Georgia's InTown Wholesale Nursery and Alabama Sawyer, which had been using some storage space at the property.

Premo Factory's branding is inspired by Preston's Premocar badge.
