Primeaux Cheese & Vino was a white tablecloth restaurant located at 300 Summit Place in The Summit shopping center. It was opened in December 2013 by New Orleans natives Paul and Deborah Primeaux, who were also partners in the Dixie Fish Co.

In August 2014 chef Ric Trent and sous chef Cory Bolton took over the restaurant's kitchen. Chrystie Roach served as the restaurant's cheesemonger, and the wine selections were curated by sommelier Alexis Douglas.

Primeaux Cheese & Vino closed in 2016.
