Prismm

Prismm is a Birmingham-based company which offers a subscription-based online service to securely store and transfer documents and information needed by heirs, beneficiaries, caregivers, or executors in the case of an individual's death or incapacitation.

The company, founded in August 2020 by Martha Underwood and Christopher Winslett, launched its platform in February 2021.

In 2023 the company partnered with Yoba Development, founded by Malik Yoba, who had taken care of his mother's affairs during dementia and after her death. Yoba serves as "brand champion and strategic adviser" for Prismm.
