Prosper HealthTech Accelerator (originally gBETA Prosper Healthtech) is a Birmingham-based "accelerator" program for new businesses. It was launched in 2020 as an affiliate of the non-profit Prosper.

The program is conducted in conjunction with Gener8tor Management of Madison, Wisconsin, headed locally by Douglas Watson and DeCarri Wells. It operates from Prosper's offices in the One721 Building in downtown Birmingham. Kellie Clark was hired as managing director for the program in August 2023.

Prosper debuted the program in conjunction with its 2022 OnRamp Healthcare Conference.

Successful applicants to the annual 12-week program receive $60,000 in investment funding in exchange for 6% common stock equity through Redhawk Advisory. They are also provided with coaching, office space, discounts from business vendors, and connections to individuals and firms in the area which are active in health, technology and entrepreneurship. In many cases those connections and/or investments from the Alabama Futures Fund lead start-up founders to keep their businesses in Birmingham.
