Rangeela

Rangeela is a competitive fusion dance troupe operating under UAB Campus Recreation's club sports program. The troupe, founded in 2015, performs Bollywood-style fusion dances. The group's performances typically tell a story, with dramatic tension drawn from contemporary social problems such as bullying or homelessness. The multi-ethnic, co-educational troupe practices three times a week at the UAB Campus Recreation Center.

Rangeela placed first at the April 2017 "Aag Ki Raat: Night of Fire" Bollywood fusion dance competition at the University of South Carolina.
