Richard Woodruff (born c. 1944 in Birmingham) is a jeweler and jewelry repairman and the owner of the Woodruff Manufacturing Company, which performs repairs for several area stores.

Woodruff graduated from Shades Valley High School and attended Samford University for three years as a physics major. He entered the jewelry business as an apprentice at Southeastern Jewelry in 1962 and went on to become senior jeweler at Golbro. When Golbro went out of business in 1990, he opened his own company with offices in the Frank Nelson Building on 20th Street North.

Woodruff is a licensed pilot and flies one of his four airplanes or his Bell 47 helicopter on weekends.
