Ridgewood Apartments is a 44-unit apartment complex located at 1517 Cullman Avenue, north of Pike Road and backing up to I-20/59 in Bush Hills.

Bret Connor purchased the mostly-vacant complex in 2020 for $295,000 and completed approximate $1.2 million in upgrades, bringing occupancy up to 100% while raising rent from $350 to $600 per month. In 2021 he sold the property to RCR Holdings for $2.4 million.
