Rittenhouse Senior Living Hoover (formerly Galleria Oaks) is a licensed senior living facility for patients with symptoms of dementia located at 570 Southland Drive in Hoover.

The facility was purchased in May 2008 from Emeritus Assisted Living of Seattle, Washington by the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based Rittenhouse Senior Living.

In 2009 the facility was placed on probation by the Alabama Department of Public Health for a series of violations included repeated injuries from falls and failures to contain infections. The owners agreed to resolve all the reported issues by developing and implementing a prevention plan.
