The Riverchase Village Senior Living Community (formerly The Park at Riverchase) is an assisted-living facility at 1851 Data Drive in Hoover, which is licensed for 125 beds.

The community was constructed about 1999. It was purchased by Sunwest Management in a state-mandated change of ownership in November 2006. The mandate followed an Alabama Department of Public Health inspection score of 24/100 in June 2006. A reinspection on October 27, 2007 raised the score to 81/100. Subsequent visits indicated that all remaining issues had been addressed.

The facility was subsequently held by a limited-liability corporation called Riverchase Village ADK and operated as an affiliate of St Simon's Health Care of Atlanta, Georgia.

In 2015 Birmingham-based Omega Communities proposed to spend $18 million to purchase and renovate the property if the City of Hoover would issue tax-free bonds on their behalf. The facility would be upgraded to accommodate patients with memory-affective disorders such as Alzheimer's Disease and dementia.
