Robert E. Walker IV (born c. 1969) is an architect, the owner of Rob Walker Architects, and a former president of the Birmingham Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Walker earned a masters in architecture from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1992. He served as an advisor to a Boy Scouts Explorer Post from 1994 to 1997 and as an instructor at Samford University in 1995 and 1997. He earned his professional license in 1996 and began his own practice in 1999. He founded Rob Walker Architects in 2001.

Walker was elected secretary of AIA Birmingham in 2001, served as vice-president the following year, and as president in 2002.

Walker is licensed to practice in 26 states and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, the Congress for New Urbanism, and Southern Building Code Congress International.

Walker extensively renovated his own residence on Euclid Avenue in Mountain Brook in 2013.
