Roscoe Hall II is a chef and culinary director for Post Office Pies.

Hall is the grandson of Dreamland Bar-B-Que founder John Bishop. He began his career as a line cook at Alice Waters' Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California. After that he worked in St Louis, Missouri and Portland, Oregon before moving to New York City where he was on David Chang's staff at Momofuku Saam Bar.

Since returning to Birmingham in 2011 he has worked at an eating disorder clinic, served as an operations manager for three projects at the Pizitz Food Hall, operated the Knife Party pop-up supper club with Wil Drake, and served as executive chef for Rodney Scott's BBQ. He also volunteers with Jones Valley Teaching Farm.

In 2021 Hall was a competitor on Season 18 of Bravo's "Top Chef".
