The Rose Garden Cafe is a Chinese and Vietnamese restaurant located at 2539 John Hawkins Parkway in Hoover. It opened in 2006 and is owned by Charlie Liu and Li Chi, who formerly operated the House of Hunan in Vestavia Hills' Todd Mall.
