Thomas D. Russell Hall is an academic building on the campus of Samford University in Shades Valley. It was built in 1957 to house the university's Department of Biology and featured greenhouse areas on the roof of the lower wings.

The $506,222 brick-clad building was named for long-time Samford trustee Thomas D. Russell, founder of Russell Athletic.

The biology department relocated to Samford's Sciencenter in 2002 and the building was extensively remodeled for use by the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science and the McWhorter School of Pharmacy.
