The Ruthlon Apartments is a 2-story apartment building located at 1512 33rd Street South in Birmingham's Southside neighborhood. The Tudor Revival-style building was constructed in 1928 and is clad in red brick with faux half-timbered gables.
The building is listed as a contributing structure to the Country Club Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.
In May 2021 Bret Connor and William Byars of Coosa Investments partnered with Carter Hughes of HCP Riviera to acquire the property for $450,000.
