Selena A. Rodgers Dickerson (born 1977) is a civil engineer and founder of SARCOR, LLC, an engineering and management firm.

Selena is the oldest of three children raised by Faye and Alfred Rodgers Jr in Birmingham's Riley-Travellick neighborhood. He attended St Mary's School and graduated from Ramsay High School in 1995. She worked her way through college at Tennessee State University, completing her bachelor of science in civil engineering in 2003.

Rodgers began her professional career at the Alabama Department of Transportation. Two years later she took a job with Metals and Materials Engineers (MME), but was laid off in 2010. She earned a masters in business administration in project management from Capella University and founded her own firm, SARCOR, in 2011. She married Juwan Dickerson in 2013.

In 2018 Dickerson purchased the former Jefferson County Employee's Credit Union at 2112 12th Avenue North, redeveloping it as "The Installation at Uptown" with offices for her company and for lease to tenants.
