ShadowBrook is a residential subdivision under development near the intersection of Magnolia Drive and Pratt Highway in Birmingham's North Pratt neighborhood, an area ravaged by storms during the April 27, 2011 tornado outbreak.

The development is planned to have up to 50 single-family detached houses offered for sale at affordable prices.

ShadowBrook is a project of Growth by NCRC, an affiliate of the Washington D.C.-based non-profit National Community Reinvestment Coalition. The property, already divided into 52 lots, was conveyed to the NCRC by the City of Birmingham, which also contributed $2.987 million in federal grant funds awarded through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development's Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program.

An existing 20-unit multi-family apartment building adjoining the subdivision was conveyed separately to Neighborhood Housing Services of Birmingham (NHSB) along with $100,000 from the Disaster Recovery Program grant to make repairs.

Ground was broken for the development in December 2022.
