The Southern Heritage Festival was an annual concert event organized by John Ray at the Alabama State Fairgrounds from 1976 to 1986.

Tickets for the event were $10.50 in advance or $11.50 at the gate on Friday and Saturday, with Sunday afternoon "family day" tickets discounted to $2.50 (or $1.99 with a previous stub or a church program). Advance tickets were sold at the Underground Record Shop, What's Happening Now, Soulville Hat Shop, Gentleman's Quarterly in Western Hills Mall, and Beverage & Currency Exchange.

The August 6-8 event was co-sponsored by Magnum malt liquor.
