Sprouthouse, formerly Polished Pig Media, is a Charleston, South Carolina-based public relations firm specializing in the restaurant and hospitality industry. It was founded by Melany Robinson in 2012.

Robinson relocated to Birmingham in 2014, leaving her firm's main offices in Charleston. Sprouthouse also has offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Nashville, Tennessee; New York, New York; and Washington, D.C.
