St Vincent's Professional Building 3

St Vincent's Professional Office Building 3 is a medical office building located at at 833 St Vincent's Drive, on the east side of the St Vincent's Medical Center Birmingham campus, between the OrthoSports Center, the Bruno Cancer Center, and the Building 3 Parking Deck.

The five-story, brick-clad building was built in 1992.

Hospital Properties LLC sold the building to Physicians Realty Trust for $10.5 million in 2016. In 2019 MBRE Healthcare Group of Chicago, Illinois purchased floors two through five for $26 million.
