Summer Rise Apartments (formerly East Bend Apartments) is an 8-building, 96-unit low-rise apartment complex located on 7.75 acres along East Bend Circle off 20th Avenue Northeast east of Center Point Parkway in Center Point. The complex was constructed in 1973.

JIL East Bend Apartments Inc. sold the complex to Summer Rise LLC in 2011. The new owners renovated the apartment interiors and changed the name. In 2019 they sold the complex to an affiliate of the Warrior Equity Group for $2.8 million.

A fire on December 23, 2006 caused minor injuries. Reginald Davis was shot to death during a confrontation at the complex on May 6, 2011. Another argument escalated to a shooting on May 7, 2017, resulting in an attempted murder charge. Another fire broke out in one of the buildings on December 28, 2018. Once it was put out, one person was found dead.
