Silver Oak Apartments, formerly Summit House Apartments is a 43-unit apartment complex located at 1144 16th Avenue South near Glen Iris Park in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood. It is made up of multiple, 2-story buildings containing efficiency, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments.

The complex was constructed in 1973.

When it was purchased by David Oakley of Berkadia, it was renamed in honor of the brand of wine he was drinking. His company spent about $20,000 per unit updating the complex.

On the evening of March 6, 2012, 20 units were destroyed in a 2-alarm fire, with an additional 16-18 units suffering smoke, heat, and/or water damage. No one was injured.

In 2019 the Silver Oak Apartments were acquired by Osceola Parkway Partners LLC for $3.68 million.
