Tahara Evans (born c. 1971) is the owner of Lucy's on Thirty-One.

Evans' parents divorced when she was only three months old, resulting in her being raised by her mother. Her uncle nicknamed her Lucy while she was young, hence the name of her store. She also has a black Labrador retriever named Lucy.

Evans met her husband, Toner Evans, while both were working in Auburn University's athletic department. They married in May 1995, have three children, and live in Vestavia Hills. Evans worked in marketing research for Blue Cross until the birth of her second child around 1999. She then spent seven years as a stay-at-home mother until opening Lucy's on Thirty-One in 2006.
