• I don't know when it got the extra two floors. The 1945 rendering and the 1946 design drawing published in Schnorrenberg-1999 definitely show the cornice as the top of the building, but no one I've found has admitted to it ever being added on to. --Dystopos 20:41, 4 June 2014 (PDT)
