Location of 5 slain

I put the five slain in Hoover because the first Breaking News blog report mentioned Hoover police were on the scene. Upon finding Buck Horn Cove on the map, however, both Google and Yahoo show it to be in unincorporated Shelby County. Does anyone know for sure?
