Logo

I have the "New Regions" logo but I'll have to get it scanned. They have replaced the old Union Planters "cotton triangle" with a Dark Side of the Moon-esque triangle and changed the shade of green. They haven't put it on any external websites yet... I can probably get a screencap of the logo though without scanning. --Wheresdib 14:24, 7 November 2006 (PST)

GFDL

Looking at the Wikipedia article, we have now expanded the BhamWiki article way beyond what they have. Should we remove the GFDL? --Wheresdib 06:56, 8 November 2006 (PST)

• It is a completely different article now. There might be a paragraph that mirrors the WP article, but it is a different format. Our article is more in-depth and twice as long. We cite WP at the bottom as a reference. I just don't want to get into plagiarism issues with it. --Wheresdib 07:31, 8 November 2006 (PST)

• Strictly speaking, if we're re-publishing any WP content, we need the GFDL. Practically-speaking, our normal license is compatible with the GFDL, so it's not a very meaningful issue. It's a judgment call whether we're republishing or merely citing a source at this point. Rewriting any WP material would make the issue moot. --Dystopos 08:06, 8 November 2006 (PST)
