Teresa Magnus Underwood (born in Cincinnati, Ohio) is a certified public accountant, construction contracts expert, and the CEO of Vulcan Insulation.
Magnus has a bachelor of science in accountancy from Miami University of Ohio and a juris doctorate from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, which she completed in May 2008.
She worked as a construction services consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Anderson before joining Southern Company in 2002 as a construction contract strategy manager. She was named CEO of Vulcan Insulation in May 2008.
