The Manning is a 13-unit condominium complex constructed in 2015 on Cahaba Road between Lane Park and English Village in Mountain Brook. The complex was named in honor of Warren Manning, a landscape architect who participated in the planning of Mountain Brook.

Margi Ingram spent two decades buying up the existing small houses at 2400-2424 Cahaba Road and 2333 Lane Circle with an eye toward redevelopment. Among the houses demolished for the project were two post-war metal-clad "Lustron" houses, the Bernice Wright residence and John Gleissner residence, which were listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Ingram rented the properties until partnering with Durham and Associates in 2014 for construction of the condominiums.

The $10 million was designed by Barrett Architecture Studio. The mass of the building is divided, on the front, into three units. There is secure parking on the basement level and 11 spaces for guests in front. The building includes a lobby gathering area with a fireplace and elevator. The condominium units, dubbed "Alston", "Boylston", "Copley", and "Dorchester", range from two to four bedrooms and sold for between $600,000 and more than $1 million each.
