The Modern House

The Modern House Coffee Shop is a non-profit coffee shop owned by Troy and Jeanisha Whetstone. It opened on September 23, 2022 at 422 6th Avenue South, across from the Birmingham City Jail in Titusville North.

As part of its mission, the shop will employ unhoused persons. The business is supported by the Western Communities Redevelopment Alliance.
