The Palmer

The Palmer Parkside is a 228-unit apartment complex constructed in 2020–2021 on Block 153, the south side of the 1400 block of 3rd Avenue South, facing Regions Field to the north.

The complex was developed by the Daniel Corporation. It includes some ground-floor retail space, covered parking, a fitness center, and coworking space. An elevated clubhouse and community terrace with a view of the baseball field includes a heated swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, grill, game and yoga lawn. Apartments range from 611 square-foot studios to 1,125 square-foot 2-bedroom units.
