The Park at Forestdale is the collective name for three apartment complexes with a total of 486 units.
The Park at Forestdale West (formerly the Royal Orleans Apartments) is located at 115 Crabapple Lane off Forestdale Boulevard in Forestdale.
The Park at Forestdale East is located on Pebble Creek Parkway off Forestdale Boulevard in Birmingham's Smithfield Estates neighborhood, just south of Forestdale.
Four Four Capital purchased the properties separately for a total of $17.3 million in 2016. In 2021 the Arch Cos. of New York City acquired the properties for $25.75 million.
