The Plaza III (Gardendale)
The Plaza III (Gardendale) is a proposed 30,000 square foot strip shopping center planned for an elevated site behind the Plaza II center at the intersection of Fieldstown Road and Mt Olive Road in Gardendale.
The center was proposed by Kerry McAdam in early 2015. Architects John Chambless and Nick Henninger of Chambless King Architects in Montgomery and designer Greg Collett contributed to the proposal to create a 55-foot video tower to make the center visible from I-65 and surrounding roads. Site work began in late 2017.
