Rock City Church, formerly THE ROCK Church is a nondenominational Christian congregation located at 1120 Apricot Avenue in Forestdale.

The church was founded in 2009 by Pastor Mike McClure as an outgrowth of the "Royal Nation Movement" ministry he led at Miles College, and soon moved to the L. R. Hall Auditorium in downtown Birmingham.

In March 2010, the church purchased the 12-acre former West Birmingham Christian School for $500,000. The first service at Apricot Avenue was held April 5, and had 500 in attendance, up from 30 at the downtown location. McClure attributed the rise in attendance to the fact that the campus is situated next to Royal Orleans Apartments, giving hundreds of apartment dwellers a church within walking distance.

In 2015 Rock City began holding regular Sunday services at Boutwell Auditorium. In 2018 the congregation took over ownership of Central Park Baptist Church on 43rd Street Ensley in the Central Park neighborhood. As part of the transfer, Rock City also assumed operation of Central Park Christian School.

In 2023 Rock City Church acquired the former Valleydale Baptist Church building at 2545 Valleydale Road for $4.25 million from Carolina University, successor to the former Southeastern Bible College. The church expected to offer its Central Park property for sale.

Meanwhile, Rock City Church has "planted" affiliate congregations in Montgomery (Destiny City Church) and Nashville, Tennessee (One City Church).
