Theatre Lofts

The Theatre Lofts is a multi-use redevelopment of the Roberts & Sons Building at 1810–1812 3rd Avenue North and the adjoining western half of the Graves Building at 1814–1816 3rd Avenue North, with 10 live/work office lofts on the first two floors and 35 more residential lofts above. The 1- and 2-bedroom units initially ranged from $1,800 to $3,400 per month. Tenant amenities included a fitness center, lounge, and rooftop terrace.

The Sher Family, owners of the property, worked with Retail Specialists to develop the project. CCR Architecture & Interiors designed the renovations, which were carried out by Rives Construction. The project was announced in 2018, but didn't open until summer 2023. Farris Properties is the leasing manager.
