User:Dmitchell05 was born in Illinois in 1977. After living in several states, her family moved to Birmingham in 1991, settling in the neighborhood of Mountain Brook. Dmitchell05 attended The Altamont School, graduating in 1996. Between 1991 and 1996 she worked for Village Books (no longer in operation) and the Dande Lion. Dmitchell05 graduated from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) in 2000 and returned to Birmingham where she worked in marketing and advertising for Parisian (now Belk Inc.) and Books-a-Million. Dmitchell05 is currently employed by a Birmingham-area nonprofit organization.
