Vic-Jaye Watson (born c. 1971 in Mobile) is a social worker with the Alabama Department of Human Resources,

Watson grew up in Mobile and graduated in 1989 from Faith Academy. He joined the Department of Human Resources in 2002 after an internship with the Mobile court system. He was named Birmingham's foster care social worker of the year in 2008.
