Vida on Valley (formerly Nob Hill Apartments) is a 232-unit apartment community located at 800 Valley Avenue and managed by Arbours Management of Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Roads within the complex are named for San Francisco locations (Nob Hill Drive, Gas Light Terrace, Golden Gate Lane and Cable Car Court).

The complex, built in 1972 and formerly managed by Ruffner Mountain Management, features a shared laundry facility and a swimming pool.

On June 19, 2008 a fire broke out in the building at 826 Cable Car Court. It destroyed 10 units and damaged five others before it was put out by the Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service. Firefighting efforts were hampered by the inaccessibility of the hillside site to ladder trucks and the fact that the nearest hydrant was about a quarter-mile away on Valley Avenue. A smaller grease fire broke out on November 14, 2009 and was quickly extinguished with some smoke damage to adjoining units.

The name of the complex was changed in 2017. ARIAM Partners of Atlanta, Georgia purchased the complex from Four Four Capital in 2018 for $13.5 million.
