Watkins Branch Bourbon & Brasserie was a 24-seat, 730 square-foot bar and restaurant located at 2708 Culver Road in Mountain Brook Village. It was opened in December 2019 by chef J. P. Holland, who also owned The Fig in Cahaba Heights.

The French brasseries-inspired menu featured small plates, burgers, steaks and stews along with a curated selection of bourbons and wines. It was named for Watkins Brook, a tributary of Shades Creek which drains the area first settled by Daniel Watkins Jr.

Alex Johnston was head chef for the restaurant.
