The Serenity Apartments at Fairfield, formerly Wellington Place, is a 104-unit apartment complex located at 6702 Forest Drive, at the intersection of Millard Fuller Road in Fairfield.

The complex was constructed in 1974 and is secured by a fence with a driveway gate. Its five 2-story brick and vinyl-clad buildings feature wood balconies.

A man was shot to death in self-defense while attempting a carjacking in the complex's parking lot in 2013.

In 2019 Elevation Financial Group of Orlando, Florida sold the complex to an affiliate of the Warrior Equity Group for $$2.11 million.
