Wes Clements (born May 26,1958 in Englewood, California) is the hitting coach for the Birmingham Barons.

Clements played college baseball for the University of Arizona, where he was an All-American first baseman on back-to-back College World Series championship teams. After turning down the Chicago Cubs in the 1979 draft, Clements was selected by the Houston Astros in the 6th Round (147th overall) of the 1980 amateur entry draft.

Clements spent 7 seasons in the minor leagues. In 1989 he moved to the Senior Professional Baseball Association. In 2007, he was the hitting coach for the Chicago White Sox' Winston-Salem Single-A minor league team. He was moved up to the Double-A Barons for the 2008 season.
