The Wilborn Service Station was a two-story auto service station located on the northwest corner of 2nd Avenue North and 9th Street in Smithfield. The ground level was built in a modern style of cast-in-place concrete. The offices of the Wilborn Construction Company upstairs were built in a traditional style with brick cladding and a ceramic tile roof.

The building was occupied by Metro Auto & Detail in the 1990s and early 2000s, and later by Swagg Automotive and Detail. The building was repainted and the roof was replaced with asphalt shingles before 2008. The building was demolished after 2011.
