William Flynn Walker (born c. 1957) is a former physician and convicted sex trafficker.

Walker is the son of Herb and Mary Lou Goodson Walker of Huntsville. He spent part of his childhood in Homewood while his father taught at Shades Valley High School. He graduated from the Randolph School in 1975.

Walker worked as a physician in Birmingham and founded Evangel Christian School, an umbrella program for homeschooling sponsored by Evangel Church in Helena.

In September 2005 Walker was indicted in federal court for several charges relating to sexual abuse of minors and trafficking. He was convicted on federal and state sex trafficking charges which took place between 1984 and 2004 and involved trips to Colorado, Kentucky, Florida, Wyoming, the Caribbean, and Russia. He was sentenced to serve 20 years in state prison, concurrent with a 27-year sentence at the Federal Correctional Institute at Butner, North Carolina, followed by supervised release for the remainder of his life.
