The William Hoover residence, also known as the Hoover-Randle Home & Gardens is a two-story brick Colonial Revival style house on a 4.3 acre parcel at 2255 Tyler Road in Hoover's Bluff Park community.

The original 3,000 square-foot house was constructed between 1947 and 1950 for insurance executive and developer William Hoover and his family. It took the place of a small cabin Hoover built on his 160-acre property in 1944.

Hoover died in 1979. His family continued to use the house until selling it to Ed and Barbara Randle in 1987. The Randles expanded the house to just over 10,000 square feet, including four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and three half-baths. The house was added to the Alabama Register of Landmarks and History in 1990.

In 2016 the Randles began hosting large events at the house, and later moved to a smaller home next door while continuing to book events at the main house. The venture's expenses often outpaced revenues, however.

In 2019 the Hoover City Council approved a proposal from Mayor Frank Brocato to purchase the property for $1.6 million.
