William Veenschoten

William Edwin Veenschoten (born January 4, 1915 in Erie, Pennsylvania; died May 7, 1989 in Birmingham) is the founder of Veenschoten & Company manufacturers' representatives.

Veenschoten was the oldest of three sons born to engineer and inventor Vincent Van Veenschoten and his wife, the former Lillian M. Colby. He married Joan Barrett and had three children, Victoria, Vincent and Frederick. The family resided at 3240 Pine Ridge Road in Mountain Brook.

Veenschoten died in 1989 and is buried at Elmwood Cemetery after a funeral service at St Luke's Episcopal Church.
