The 27,900 square-foot building was constructed in [[1969]]. The two-story brick structure has exterior walkways to each door. It was built surrounding a rectangular courtyard which once had a swimming pool. The 1-3 bedroom units are available to renters with Section 8 vouchers. The building was 95% occupied in the summer of [[2008]] when the property sold for $800,000.
