Inverness Plaza is a 74,818 square-foot shopping center located on a 9.8-acre site on the southwest corner of the intersection of U.S. Highway 280 and Valleydale Road in Hoover's Inverness area. It is anchored by the 25,527 square-foot PGA Superstore.
The shopping center is owned by Branch Properties of Atlanta, Georgia along with the larger Inverness Corners shopping center across Valleydale Road. In Summer 2015 Bayer Properties, acting as the center's lessor and manager, hired Doster Construction to complete a general renovation of the strip center, including new landscaping and paint for the roof and brick. The center, previously owned by Jones Lang LaSalle of Chicago, Illinois, was sold the following year to its current owners.
