Breanne Kostyk (born September 5, 1986 in Tolland, Connecticut) is the general manager of the Summit location of Urban Cookhouse.

Kostyk, who majored in graphic design at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, came to Alabama in 2009 on a fellowship grant to help operate PieLab, a community space and design studio in Greensboro sponsored by San Francisco's "Project M".

After her grant year was complete, Kostyk moved to Birmingham and began working as a shift leader at Urban Cookhouse's first Homewood location. She planned and carried out a fund-raising project at the restaurant to benefit Owl's Hollow Farm in Etowah County after its greenhouses were destroyed in a snowstorm. The project raised $7,000.
