This article is about the 2000s firm. For the 1880s firm see Brooks & Brooks.

The Brooks Firm is a law firm with offices in the Two North Twentieth building in Birmingham. Attorneys of the firm include Hycall Brooks III and Toni Braxton.

In December 2007 Langford won the Council's approval to retain the firm, then located at 2705 4th Avenue South, to represent the city. The firm would charge the city $200-250 an hour with a cap of $150,000 per year. Campbell, Gidiere, Lee, Sinclair and Williams and Tiffany Johnson were also hired under the same terms.
