Perrin's Grocery is a gas station, general store and landscaping supply yard located on a 6-acre parcel at 5300 U. S. Highway 280 East. The fieldstone-faced store across from Lloyd's has been a landmark since long before the highway was developed commercially.
Jimmy Perrin purchased the store in 1969. It was demolished and rebuilt during the widening of the highway to four lanes in 1969. It is now operated by Perrin's son Jamie and grandson Trey.
