A version of the 1939 Seal of Alabama cast into a 7.7" x 7.9" bronze medal, from the vertical files of the Alabama Department of Archives and History (link).
The bronze casting differs from the widely-adopted official seal by labeling the Sipsey and Choctawhatchee Rivers and adding major mountain ridges in relief.
