Author: Jesse Brockman

I know the Dept. of Archives and History doesn't list an author, but apparently it's Jesse Brockman. In the "Annual Report of the American Historical Association for the Year 1897" (printed in 1898) it lists a map "Town of Elyton, 1821" by Jesse Brockman, 13 1/4 in x 13 1/4 in, "[c]ompiled from the early records and an old map on the fly leaf of Vol. 1 of Jefferson County deed records."
